Job Description:

Lynwood Charlton Centre is a publicly funded charitable organization in the City of Hamilton which provides a spectrum of innovative and evidence-informed mental health services, including residential, day treatment, and school, home, and community-based services, to children, youth, and their families.

Hours of Work: Monday – Friday (30 hours/week), Regular Business hours

Location of work: Hamilton Mountain

Wage: $14.25 per hour

Responsibilities

• Creating videos, website content, and other media in an aesthetically pleasing manner

• Administrative tasks such as filing and answering phones

• Perform document and file management functions, including data entry and creation of reports

• Photocopy , fax, and scan documents

Skills/Qualifications

• Enrollment in, or completion of a post-secondary program such as Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field

• Experience creating videos and website content

• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel

• Administrative or front desk experience is an asset

  • Experience in HTML coding an asset

• Experience with video-editing an asset

• Knowledge of AODA and accessible media guidelines an asset
