  • Able to use QBO software, as we use the WORK app built into it to manage staff workflow
  • Ordering and managing the office supplies
  • Paperwork pickups and drop offs
  • Marketing on social media as needed
  • Create and assist with the blog schedule for the website and ensure we receive the info and direct it to the marketing team for timely uploads
  • Onboard clients into our software platforms and track their deadlines
  • Onboard new staff into our software systems
  • Filing documents
  • Manage postage meter
  • Assist Managers with status updates
  • Back up of software, ensure backups are complete and working
  • Server maintenance – keep client files organized in folders and easy to locate
  • Manage documents and ensure we have all correct forms filled out and on file



  • Amazing communication skills as they will be dealing with clients and staff
  • Organizational, able to see what needs to be done and organize it in order of priority
  • Word, Excel, TSheets, Team Up Calendar, adding machines and QBO
  • Manage deadlines within our spreadsheet so excel is a must
  • Business knowledge an asset, along with mathematics
